There are very few people I can wholeheartedly endorse when it comes to website and graphic design, but Joy is one. The creative ideas and design she has implemented on my blog has revolutionized my blog’s appearance and user-friendliness which has increased traffic and revenue by a significant percentage. I owe a great deal of my blog’s success to her. She’s extremely thorough, very hands-on and available, quick in responding to emails and completing projects, never misses a deadline and isn’t completely satisfied until you are. She’s also very patient and always goes the extra mile. The end result is a job well done.

Joy graciously and expertly took the design elements randomly firing through my head and artfully brought them to life! My personality and heart uniquely branded in an easily-navigable web page and Facebook design! She taught me to fish along the way with much patience and encouragement, always attentive and professional—always with joy!

Joy has done design on all three of my books and each time she has exceeded my expectations. Not only is she a great designer, she is an awesome woman to work with. I have recommended her to several of my other friends needing design work.

It’s been a pleasure working with Jeff who formatted one of my books for Kindle. He was professional, thorough, and very responsive. We appreciate the great job and plan to send more jobs his way in the future.

Joy did a great job on my site. She took my basic ideas for the site and turned them into something better than I ever expected. She made the look much more professional and the navigation more user friendly. She designed category buttons that made my site much easier to navigate and find recipes. Even the layout she created was very user friendly. After Joy redesigned my site, my pageviews increased by 25%. Joy also recommended plugins and gave me other suggestions to improve my site. I could not have asked for a better designer than Joy. She listened to what I asked for and then created a design that was absolutely perfect! She was available to chat online when I had questions. Her knowledge of design is amazing, she has an exceptional sense of style and knows what colors will look great together on a computer screen (which is so important!). Joy is my guardian angel. For over three years now, she has been my go-to designer and all around web-guru. What little she doesn’t know, she figures out. All her work has been top notch, from behind the scenes tweaking to buttons, site design, and book cover art. I know that my site’s success is, in part, due to the great look she gives it.

Five J’s Design helped me move my blog from Blogger to Wordpress. She installed Wordpress for me and got my hosting all set up correctly. I could not have done this transfer without Joy! She patiently held my hand during the transfer, answering all my questions in a timely manner and so that I, a novice, could understand. I highly recommend Joy’s services…and in fact I tell every blogger I know to use her to help them transfer from Blogger to Wordpress!

Joy has worked with my husband Paul, our children, and myself on 3 different sites. Working with Joy is a breeze. I feel like she can read my mind and in situations where I am not really sure what to do, or stuck on a concept, she always has a solution. Joy has done a complete new site design and 2 redesigns for us. Working with Joy is easy and I can never wait to see what she has created!!
