I have a project that needs to be done immediately. Can you help?

We usually have a very quick turnaround time for most projects. However, because we often have a full design schedule, we may not be able to start your project immediately. It is usually best to contact us well in advance of your deadline to make sure we can fit your project into our queue.

How do you accept payment?

We usually invoice on a 50%/50% basis, with the initial 50% downpayment due when the project is scheduled. The balance is then invoiced after the final project is approved, but prior to delivery of the final files. We use PayPal to accept payments. However you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay your invoice because PayPal accepts credit cards as well.

If you need help in purchasing a domain name, finding a host, installing WordPress, learning the terminology, working in the WordPress dashboard, etc., we can help. Submit a project questionnaire to let us know what help you need.
